Aarti Madhusadan is the founder of Governance Counts, as well as a board member of iVolunteer. Governance Counts operates to strengthen the boards of various NGOs.
iVolunteer, is an establishment which encourages people to volunteer to share their time, skills and passions. Within iVolunteer, she founded an initiative, WhiteBoard, which brings together corporate professionals to provide counsel and strategic consultation to NGOs, completely gratis.

She also empowers NGOs to find suitable board members. She actively participates in the Joy Of Giving Week, DaanUtsav. She has worked, both locally and overseas, on the theme of quality governance. Her clients have included enterprises like ActionAid International, Sense International, Resource Alliance, Magic Bus, Dignity Foundation, Dasra, the India Foundation for Arts and many others.
She is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences, Bangalore.
