Since its inception in 2007, the Volunteer Services Organization (VSO) has helped add more purpose to the lives of students and staff of Manipal. Apart from providing the opportunity to serve society, VSO helps volunteers gain valuable skills, working in the huge family that is this organization. With a volunteer strength of over 3500 students and faculty from various constituent colleges of Manipal and Mangalore, and a large alumni network, VSO undertakes and executes projects which covering community, social, organizational, and soft skills avenues.
